These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIcourseGuru (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including all services and features available through https://aicourseguru.com (the “Platform”).

By using AIcourseGuru, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who Can Use AIcourseGuru

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use this service. By registering an account, you confirm that:

All information you provide is accurate and complete
You are not barred from using the service under any applicable law
You will keep your login credentials secure and not share your account

2. Our Service

AIcourseGuru is an authoring-only tool that allows users to generate structured educational content — including lessons, quizzes, and learning materials — from files or text prompts using AI technology.

We do not provide:

Hosting for learners
Certification or student tracking tools
Direct sales or delivery to end users

The Platform is designed to help you create, export, and publish your content independently.

3. Account & Subscription

You may use AIcourseGuru on either a Free Plan or a Paid Plan.

Free Plan:

3 content generations per month
PDF export
Basic editor

Paid Plan:

50 credits per month (used per course or quiz)
SCORM & Notion export
Advanced editor and formatting options

Additional credits may be purchased on demand. All purchases are handled through Stripe.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account dashboard.

4. Your Content

You Own Your Content

You retain ownership of the files, prompts, and generated outputs you create using AIcourseGuru.

We do not claim any ownership over your uploads or results.

License to Operate the Service

To provide the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and format your uploaded and generated content — only for the purpose of enabling features like generation, export, or re-editing.

We do not use your content for training our models or for any public-facing purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIcourseGuru for:

Generating or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive
Uploading copyrighted material you do not have permission to use
Reverse engineering, scraping, or misusing the platform in any automated way
Violating any laws or infringing on the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and technology that make up AIcourseGuru are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reuse, resell, or modify any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted.

7. AI Content & Limitations

AIcourseGuru uses generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to produce content based on your inputs.

You Understand and Agree:

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate or legally sufficient
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before use
We provide tools to flag and correct hallucinations, but ultimate responsibility lies with you

If your content includes sensitive, regulated, or client-facing material, double-check outputs before distribution.

8. Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep the Platform online and functional, but we may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

We may also change features, pricing, or service offerings at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance via the site or by email.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted from active systems within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIcourseGuru is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or suitable for your specific needs.

We are not liable for:

Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
Inaccurate AI-generated content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is stored and processed in the European Union, and we adhere to GDPR standards.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the user’s country of residence, excluding conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Luxembourg.
